What happened in Arabia?

Gal 1:15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,

16 To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:

17 Neither went I up to Jerusalem to them which were apostles before me; but I went into Arabia, and returned again unto Damascus.

18 Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter, and abode with him fifteen days.

Scholarly study tells us that Paul was taught for three years by Yeshua before beginning His ministry.  But what was taught to Paul?  Have you ever wondered about Paul's message (Torah done away with) that is in stark contrast to YHVH"s and Yeshua's  ("if you love Me, keep My commandments")?  If you have not wondered before, perhaps it is time to reconcile some contradictions in scripture.

For instance, if YHVH tells His people for over 4000 years that salvation is by faith (Abrahamic covenant) and sanctification is by the Torah (Mosaic covenant), when did that all change?  Where is the conversation or the instruction from our Father that there would be a new message, or a new teaching. or a new gospel?  Obviously, Evangelical Christianity says this must have happened in Arabia.  But should we really place our eternal destiny on the assumption that our Heavenly Father or His Messiah secretly gave a new message to Paul that has impacted every generation since?  Does that make any of you uncomfortable, especially since we aren't privy to that conversation?  Wasn't a person to be stoned to death if he brought a different message than what YHVH wrote with His own hand and spoke with His own mouth?

When every single person in the New Testament, including Paul, quoted the Torah or the Prophets and writings and the only "scripture" they referred to was the Old Testament, how does it make sense to anyone that it is nailed to the cross or done away with?  Could those scriptures actually be talking about the curse of the Torah and not the Torah itself?  Couldn't it be the curse or being "under the law" or under it's penalty, that Paul is referencing?  Afterall, ALL scripture must reconcile.  ALL scripture must agree if it is truth.  ALL scripture must not contradict itself....  That is.... IF it is considered "scripture".

The answer to these questions has definitely been a challenging one to reveal.  For a few years now, I have shared these contradictions and even shown the evidence refuting the teaching of Evangelical Christianity to whomever would listen.  Not many will listen, unfortunately.  Not many seem to care that Paul, himself taught Torah, lived by Torah and upheld Torah.  The "good news" is that Messiah has come.....the One that Torah spoke of.....the One whose sacrifice would put an end to the curse of sin/death.  But the bad news is that men would always have a problem with their own flesh being in control.  And when that happens, truth gets distorted and the message gets changed.  Anyone who cares can do a minimal amount of research and see that the Sabbath day was changed by the government and the Roman Catholic church.  But not just anyone will care enough about that fact to look a little closer at the issue.  But what if our eternity depends on whether the Holy Spirit actually does reside in us?  What if the evidence of the Holy Spirit's residency is the ability and willingness to lay down what is false and accept what is true?  What if only the TRUE child of YHVH is humble enough to be taught by Him alone and not hold onto the doctrines and teachings of men?

What if these scriptures are true?

Isaiah 56:6 And foreigners (gentiles) who bind themselves to the Lord to minister to him, to love the name of the Lordand to be his servants all who keep the Sabbath without desecrating it and who hold fast to my covenant—these I will bring to my holy mountain and give them joy in my house of prayer.

Neh 13:17 I rebuked the nobles of Judah and said to them, “What is this wicked thing you are doing—desecrating the Sabbath day? 18 Didn’t your ancestors do the same things, so that our God brought all this calamity on us and on this city? Now you are stirring up more wrath against Israel by desecrating the Sabbath.”

Isa 58:13 “If you keep your feet from breaking the Sabbath and from doing as you please on My holy day, if you call the Sabbath a delight and the Lord’s holy day honorable, and if you honor it by not going your own way and not doing as you please or speaking idle words, 14 then you will find your joy in the Lord, and I will cause you to ride in triumph on the heights of the land and to feast on the inheritance(I) of your father Jacob.”For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.

Why is the Sabbath so important?  Because it is about WORSHIP.  Who do we worship?  When do we worship?  How do we worship?  Is it according to the mouth of the Lord (7th day, Saturday) or according to the false teaching of men (1st day, Sunday)?  The Sabbath is the beginning of a transformed mind.  It is the act of bowing the knees even if you don't understand or agree.  It is the "surrender" He is looking for.  It's like the Priests carrying the Ark of the Covenant, (Torah) on the edge of a flooded Jordan River.  They had to step their foot in before the waters parted and they could see clear to cross over to the promised land.  Do you see the picture?  Obedience is when the Holy Spirit can begin transforming the mind of the flesh into one who has been and will continue to be in Arabia (taught by the Spirit) until Y'shua returns.  Because on that day.....it will be revealed WHO we follow.

Isa 66:15 See, the Lord is coming with fire, and His chariots are like a whirlwind; He will bring down his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire. 16 For with fire and with His sword the Lord will execute judgment on all people, and many will be those slain by the Lord.

17 “Those who consecrate and purify themselves to go into the gardens, following one who is among those who eat the flesh of pigs, rats and other unclean things—they will meet their end together with the one they follow,” declares the Lord.

My prayer is that we all will at least be willing to search with all our heart, mind, soul and strength and have the courage to walk in truth even if we walk alone.
